We care about our customers' satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you have the right to return your product in accordance with the conditions below.
Right of return – 30 days
You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Important: all returns are shipped to our warehouse in Ningbo, China. Please take this into account when planning your return.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in those cases.
